I have done many cinnamon buns over the years... Some were good... some were... 
Not shadows of their former selves... 
We ate them with the enthusiasm of one who knows there is something better but... for now it remains elusive...

No more...

The Urban Poser has created the most extraordinary buns!  I love them...  my family loved them...  

 They felt like home on a plate... holidays all wrapped up in fragrant cinnamon and dripping with luscious glaze...

As for my spin on it?

I didn't change much -- just the filling -- as all I had on hand that is diabetic friendly was brown sugar splenda... 
So the filling was some melted butter, splenda, cinnamon, pecans, and some grated apple...  the glaze I used...  


2 TBSP of plain greek yogurt
1/4 c plain splenda
dash of cream
capful of vanilla

That is it!
