For those you can eat gluten free oats.... 

It all started in the morning, cold and deeply into fall temperatures, 
I was chilled and feeling blah.  
Cloudy, freezing drizzle, and a realization that I still had to go out....  
married together into ...  I can't do plain cereal today!  I want comfort food!  


I knew I had just bought some gluten free oats...  
 the kids love oatmeal... 
 the Man loves pumpkin pie...  
 Let's do pumpkin porridge...  OH man....  
 I even had some whipped cream...  yup.  
 Doing it.  
 Here is what I remember doing as - of course - I didn't write it down... 
 sigh...  please remember to adjust spices and sweetener to your own tastes...  
 Mmmmm enjoy!


Pumpkin Porridge

2  1/2 cups quick cooking oats
4 cups milk
 pinch of salt
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 - 2 tsp stevia powder - that is mixed for adding to stuff such as Stevia Plus 

Cook until Bubbly and done... Let sit for a bit to thicken and cool...

Add whipped cream dollop to the top.

Eat and enjoy!
