Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar (palm sugar)
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 4 cups quick cooking oats (gluten-free if necessary)

Topping:

  • 1 70% cocoa chocolate bar chopped up
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • unsweetened coconut

Directions:

  1. Combine butter, peanut butter, syrup and vanilla. Add oats.
  1. Press in greased 9x13 inch pan.
  1. Bake at 400 degrees F for 12 to 14 minutes.
