I was looking to edit my Bread in Five Recipe - and decided to go with egg whites instead of eggs...  This means that I needed to find a source that could easily convert eggs to egg white equivalents - as the package indicated the measurements by Tbsp and tsp  - not very user friendly.  Ellen's Kitchen to the rescue!  What an interesting website!  She has recipes on there to feed 1000 people.  No kidding.   I really like to poke around on this site -- it is super interesting and not at all flashy.  Just information with no graphics.  I encourage you to look around!  I found what I was looking for and re-posted it below.
