This recipe easily triples and quadruples to make many loaves...
I use my mixer and a K paddle to do the big job... and cook 3 - 4 at a time...
they freeze great and then you have a super easy meal to just heat through on one of those nights...
cook them in disposable tins or bread pans that you don't need right away and then it is easy freezer to oven kinda stuff...

1/4 cup agave syrup
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp Bragg's seasoning (or GF soy sauce)

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 c finely chopped spinach
1/4 c finely grated carrot
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
3/4 cup finely crushed rice bread croutons (I have also used millet or quinoa flakes or GF oats)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 5x9 inch loaf pan.
2. Mix the sauce together and put aside until ready.
3. In a mixing bowl, mix thoroughly all remaining ingredients and shape into a loaf.
Place sauce on top of the loaf.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until juices are clear.
